Step Into My Week: Hoodie Allen, ATL Veg Fest, and Maple Holistics

I had a chill week. Besides a math test that took up a lot of my time, I didn't have too much work. This week, is our last week before our Thanksgiving break. I'm not looking forward to all the work to do. I already know I have 2 tests and a book to read for this week. I'm sure to be busy.

P.E. was one of those classes I wasn't excited to take. Turn out, it's one of my favorite classes. I don't necessarily love the class itself, but I love the people in my class. It's a really great group of people who are always in for a good time. Plus, we don't all love to workout, so no one is really forcing the class to lift massive weights.

I went to a concert for Hoodie Allen on Friday. I mixed up the artist somehow thinking I knew and loved his songs. Somehow, I walked in having never heard him, but I still had a great time. It was so cool to see how he interacted with the crowd. He really got the crowd going.

On Saturday, I went to the Atlanta Veg Fest. I only got to go for an hour when they were closing up, but most of the food was still available. I tried an amazing flax milk that I'm excited to purchase. Revolution Gelation was also amazing. Cinnaholic had the longest line with everyone wanting to try it. I ended up getting a vegan cupcake that wasn't the best. The frosting was good, but the cupcake was dry. I grabbed food from Huli for dinner. I ended up getting the spring rolls and curry samosas. The food was amazing.
I worked on my editorial calendar for the rest of the year. I'm so excited to produce all this content. I really hope I can stick to my calendar. Be on the lookout for gift guides galore starting in a few weeks.

Maple Holistics reached out to me a few weeks ago about giving me a free product in exchange for a feature. I ended up choosing lavender bath salts to try. I hadn't taken a bath in awhile, so I was thrilled to try out the product. It was calming and had me relaxed the rest of the day. Plus, I knew all the ingredients in it. I can't wait to try out more products from them. You can sample their products by clicking here.
