October Lust List

October Lust List
Sneaker Espadrilles // Geometric Print Leggings // Textured Cardigan // Waffled Henley // White Tank // / Waves Tee // Patagonia Fleece //  Chambray Dress // Plaid Dress
This month was a really exciting one for me. I have a lot of projects I'm working on for the blog. They're all launching in the next couple months. It's amazing to see how many opportunities I've gotten because of my blog. That's just one of the millions of reasons I love blogging.

It's finally getting cold in Atlanta. I don't have a winter jacket right now, so I'm going shopping this weekend for one. Patagonia and North Face are my favorites for outdoor gear. A few girls at my school have this jacket. It's so cute.

I'm taking P.E. this semester. Let's just say, it's not my favorite class. These sneaker espadrilles would definitely make it so much better. I've been wearing my sneakers all day long. I like them a lot, but I'm getting tired of wearing the same shoes. These shoes will give me a little more variety in my shoe choices.

Leggings are so comfortable. I absolutely love my pair of Lululemon leggings. I've heard so many rave reviews about Alo leggings. Alo and Lululemon are both pretty expensive, but if you wear them a lot they're well worth it. The leggings I picked out have the cutest geometric pattern on them. I wish they came in black too.

I recently learned that flannels and plaids are different clothes. Flannels are made from wool and plaids are made from other dresses. I've been keeping an eye for flannels and plaids because of this. I saw a blogger style this dress with a chunky belt that has me smitten with it. I'd love to rock the dress on a fall day.

What have you been loving this month? I'd love to hear in the comments below.

Step Into My Week: Theater and Tech Week

This week's Step Into My Week is going to be pretty short. I spent the entire week in full on theater mode. We had our play this weekend, so we we're perfecting the play leading up to it. It's amazing to see how much better the play gets in a week. It goes from being good to being great!

The play turned out amazing. I loved all the costuming we did. The audience couldn't stop laughing. It was such a great show.

I was reminded of how amazing the theater community is after the shows when we'd all go to dinner together, It was amazing to chat with my friends and catch up from this hectic week.

Step Into My Week: Theater, Ponce City Market, & Upbeet

This week was a super busy week. My school's first quarter was wrapping up, so we had midterms. It's crazy to think about how many tests, projects, and papers I had due. I'm glad that this week will have less major assignments to turn in.

I'd been craving a salad all week. I'm not a salad lover by nature, but I wanted a salad. Upbeet is this trendy salad restaurant in Atlanta that's so good. They prep all the ingredients in a room that's like a fridge. It's a super cool idea. I can't remember the exact name of the salad I got, but it was the vegan one. I love their tofu. It's cooked in a way that makes it so good.

The other night I went to Ponce City Market. It has this restaurant that makes the best bao buns. I haven't seen any other vegan bao buns. The mushroom bulgogi is so good. To complete our trip, I got a popsicle from King of Pops. The raspberry lime one is my favorite.

This weekend was a busy one for theater. We had practice in order to help us get ready for the play. The play's coming together really nicely, so I'm getting excited to see it. The costumes are so cool. I'm particularly in love with the ensembles costume. They're so cool.

My sister helped me with a secret project I'm working on. We took a bunch of pictures in a few outfits. I didn't realize my sister was so talented at photography.

What I Got My Little // Sorority Big/Little

What I Got My BBYO Little
I've been crazy busy these past few weeks. I've had so much work to do. Now, that midterms are finally over I can finally dedicate some time to blogging. I'm excited to get back into the swing of things.

The biggest thing to happen in the last month has been getting a little! In BBYO, we have big/little. A big is someone who's older and a little is someone who's a new member. It's one of the most exciting parts of BBYO. Big/little is similar to big/little in sororities. We have bonding time, texts, reveal, and lots of gifts.

I was super lucky to get two adorable littles! I'm so stoked for them to go on their BBYO journey. They're going to love BBYO with all their hearts.
Big/Little Poster Ella
Big/Little Poster Rachel
I made them each a poster with all their favorite candy on it. They turned out amazing and both of them were obsessed with the poster. My sister actually wrote the posters, since her handwriting is so much prettier than mine.
Big/Little Picture Frame
I made sure to take a ton of pictures with my littles on the night of reveal for each of us to have a keepsake from the night. I really loved how the frames turned out. I chose purple because it's Atlanta Council's color.
Big/Little T-shirt cat and outerspace
I'm seriously in love with this t-shirt. I wanted to go to Walmart to find their whacky t-shirts for us to match, but the Walmart near me doesn't sell wacky t shirts. :( I ended up finding these on Amazon, so they we're a little more expensive.
Big/Little Gift
I didn't get a picture of giant containers I got them. They can keep BBYO memorabilia and t-shirts in the buckets. We decorated the containers with some markers I found.

I'm so happy with how big/little reveal turned out. I definitely have the cutest littles. I'm so excited for them to completely fall in love with BBYO.

Septmeber Lust List

September Lust List

This lust list is a really special one. I was able to use my Wacom tablet to make it. The lettering on it is from the tablet. How cool? My sister has the prettiest handwriting, so I asked her to write September Lust List. After seeing how amazing the blog post looked, I asked her to make a logo. I love how it turned out. Be on the lookout for more handwriting in blog posts.

I'm absolutely obsessed with the gold wedges from Free People. They're made from vegan leather, so that's making me really happy. The shoe looks like it has a lot of support, which is amazing because wedges normally hurt my feet from their little support.

I never know what to do with my phone when I have leggings on. I can't put it into a pocket. Well, I found the answer. Lululemon makes leggings with a side pocket. It's the perfect spot to store my phone and some cash. I definitely want them.

I'm in love with espadrilles. I love how they can look fancy and casual depending on their style. These espadrilles look perfect for everyday wear. I also love how they add a little bit of height. They'll help a short girl out to not stand out in a crowd. Well, it's more like not get lost in a crowd.

All the finds this month are so cute. I really want to order the leggings to use whenever I go on a run in the neighborhood. The star set would be so cute for a night out. I'm madly in love with stripes, so I completely adore both the striped tops. What have you been loving this month?
