It's been a crazy past few weeks! Currently, I'm gearing up for finals over the coming days. I luckily don't have finals in every class, but most of my finals are on Wednesday and Thursday this week. I'll definitely be studying a lot this week leading up to them.
The snow on Friday was just a dream. I came to school with doubts of getting inches of snow but left school with snow on the ground. I had lots of fun playing in the snow. I got to go sledding with my sister. We both forgot how cold sledding can get. We were freezing by the end of it. I hope the snow in December means we'll be getting snow in January or February.
My school's theater performances have been going on. I've had a lovely time on run crew instead of the usual costume crew. I love the fast action part of having to maneuver set pieces on and off stage quickly.
I wanted to feature a new blogger I recently discovered. Elle's posts are always so thoughtful and beautifully written. She writes amazing inspiration and beauty posts. I absolutely adore this post on great hairstyles for Fall and Winter. I'm excited to test out a few of these styles over winter break.
We got snow in NC in a city that's an hour away from us but we didn't get any of it! So sad!
ReplyDeleteI was so happy we got snow. Atlanta normally gets snow once in January, but we got it early this year. I had a great time playing in it.
DeleteIt's snowing in my hometown in Italy but here in dubai we can only wish to have some fake snow around the city lol xx

I'd love to travel to Europe when there's snow everywhere.
DeleteFingers crossed we’ll get snow in late January / early February! It snowed all around my town! Bummer. Good luck on your exams and performances!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I hope it snows again!

ReplyDeleteI had the best time in the snow!
DeleteEveryone was freaking out about the snow, and we didn't get any here, and I'm so, so grateful. I don't do well in the cold! Good luck on your finals!

DeleteWe got ten inches of snow where I live (in Alabama...which is unheard of!) and it was so much fun, minus having to take care of all our farm chores in the muddy, wet weather!

That sounds like so much fun! Farm chores in the melting snow don't sound like the best fun. I'm glad you got to enjoy the snow.
DeleteWe got snow here in Texas too! Finals are almost over! You got this!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to be done with finals tomorrow!
DeleteWe are in summer right now so we don’t have snow on December. Sometimes I wish we could though haha
ReplyDeleteIt's so cool to me to think that half of the world is in summer now!
DeleteI wish we would have gotten snow in charlotte. I love it so much
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll get it later this year!

ReplyDeleteHow many inches of snow did you end up getting? We got about 10ish in Marietta/Atlanta and it was AMAZING!
ReplyDeleteWow! I wish I got 10 inches! I got about 2 inches.
DeleteI love when we get a little bit here (in NC)! It's so pretty and everything shuts down!! When I lived in NY, that's just a normal day! haha
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your finals!
Yes. It's always fun to get snow.
DeleteSo wish we would get snow here in Nashville! I miss it so much and it kills me that we probably never will!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to go to college up north so I can experience real snow.
Deletepersonally I hate the snow lol, side effect of living in the city where it's less of a dreamy winter landscape and more of a slushy safety hazard. but I'm glad it's less stressful for you and you had fun! x
ReplyDeleteI don’t get snow very often, so it’s always a great surprise to get school off to play in the snow.
DeleteCongrats on getting some snow this winter! So far we haven't gotten too much, and I miss playing in it!
ReplyDeleteI hope you get snow soon!
